What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, your company or restaurant, your email address, your message, and — if you choose to select them — the products you are interested in and the volume you expect to buy in a year. The anti-spam check also processes technical information such as your IP address to confirm the submission comes from a person, not a program.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to read and reply to your enquiry, including introducing you to our trading partner in Singapore when you ask us to. We do not use them for advertising, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we never sell or share them for marketing.

Who handles the data on our behalf

Two service providers process the data so it can reach us:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — provides the anti-spam check (Turnstile) and the form handling on this website
• Resend, Inc. — delivers your message to our mailbox as an email

Both act on our instructions. Their servers may be located outside Singapore and Japan (mainly in the United States).

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time what details of yours we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Contact us through the form on this website.

Analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free service that counts visits without identifying individual visitors.
